Mit etwas Zucker bestreuen und ca. 30 Minuten ziehen lassen, dann die enstandene Br\u00fche abgie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Fett, Zucker und Vanille-Zucker mit dem Schneebesen des Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4ts schaumig schlagen. Eier nach und nach unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Mehl, Speisest\u00e4rke und Backpulver mischen, zuf\u00fcgen und alles zu einem glatten, cremigen Teig verr\u00fchren. Rhabarber gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig unterheben.<\/p>\n<p>Muffinform(en) mit etwas \u00d6l auspinseln und den Teig darin aufteilen.<\/p>\n<p>Backofen auf 180\u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Streusel mit zerbr\u00f6selten Amarettini mit den anderen Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Mit den H\u00e4nden die Butter unterkneten, so da\u00df dicke Streusel entstehen.
