Abtropfen lassen, dann in ein gro\u00dfes Glas (Volumen ca. 1,5 Liter) geben. Zucker und aufgeschnittene Vanilleschote zugeben und mit Alkohol auff\u00fcllen. An einem sonnigen Platz 4-6 Wochen stehen lassen, dabei gelegentlich umr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Ansatz durch ein Sieb in eine Sch\u00fcssel gie\u00dfen, dabei die Fruchtmasse ausdr\u00fccken. Danach durch einen Kaffefilter in Flaschen gie\u00dfen, diese dann dunkel lagern.
