Je nach Geschmack Zitronensaft zugeben. Die Butter in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Zucker mit der Orangenschale in Mixer fein mahlen.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Zutaten in einer Metallsch\u00fcssel mischen und unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren mit dem Schneebesen \u00fcber einem hei\u00dfen Wasserbad erhitzen, dabei nicht zu hei\u00df werden lassen, damit das Ei nicht stockt. Zuerst sollte die Masse sehr schaumig werden und dann allm\u00e4hlich s\u00e4miger, bis sie puddingartig wird. Das hat bei mir ca. 10-15 Minuten gedauert.
