Die Pekann\u00fcsse in einer trockenen Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze r\u00f6sten, dabei umr\u00fchren, damit sie nicht anbrennen. Beiseite legen und abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>2. Butter in einem kleinen Topf bei mittlerer Hitze schmelzen.<\/p>\n<p>3. Gochujang gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>4. Zucker hinzuf\u00fcgen und schmelzen lassen, dann die Hitze herunterdrehen.<\/p>\n<p>5. Sojasauce und Natron hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p>6. Unter best\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren f\u00fcr 1-2 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n<p>6.
