Zitronenschale und Saft unterr\u00fchren, dann das Mehl portionsweise untermischen, bis ein weicher Teig entstanden ist. Diesen in einer Folie gewickelt im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr 1 Stunde k\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Backofen auf 180 \u00b0C (Umluft 160 \u00b0C, Gas Stufe 4) vorheizen. Zucker und Puderzucker auf zwei Tellerchen verteilen. Aus dem Teig ca. walnussgro\u00dfe Kugeln formen und diese erst im Zucker und dann im Puderzucker w\u00e4lzen. Auf das Backblech legen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Backofen f\u00fcr ca. 12 Minuten backen, bis die Pl\u00e4tzchen Farbe annehmen und leichte Risse bekommen. Abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<h4>Anmerkung:<\/h4>\n<p>Im Original bleiben die Pl\u00e4tzchen kugelrund und verlaufen nicht.
