Dann den gewaschenen und ebenfalls grob gew\u00fcrfelten K\u00fcrbis dazugeben und weitere 10 Minuten kochen. Das Gem\u00fcse sollte weich sein, aber nicht zerfallen. Das Kochwasser abgie\u00dfen. Die Milch zusammen mit Butter und Muskat in den Topf geben und leicht erhitzen. Die Masse mit einem Kartoffelstampfer grob zerdr\u00fccken und vermischen.
