In Folie gewickelt eine Stunde kalt stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Rhabarberstangen sch\u00e4len und in sehr kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. In einer Sch\u00fcssel mit Holunderbl\u00fctensirup oder Zucker ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Den M\u00fcrbeteig in einer gebutterten Springform gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilen, dabei einen 2-3 cm hohen Rand formen. Das Rhabarber Curd einf\u00fcllen, mit eventuell \u00fcberz\u00e4hligem Teig und den Rhabarberst\u00fccken verzieren.<\/p>\n<p>Bei 220 Grad ca. 30 Minuten backen.
