In einer Pfanne 1 TL \u00d6l erhitzen. Den zerdr\u00fcckten Knoblauch, die Gew\u00fcrze und die Tomaten hinzuf\u00fcgen. Unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren 1 Minute erhitzen. Die Bohnen zugeben; weitere 2-3 Minuten d\u00fcnsten. Die gehackte Minze untermischen. Hei\u00df servieren.<\/p>\n<h4>Anmerkung:<\/h4>\n<p>20 Bohnen f\u00fcr 4 Portionen???  2-3 Minuten in der Pfanne schmoren lassen??? <\/p>\n<p>500 g Bohnen und drei Tomaten (und eine gro\u00dfe Handvoll Minze) haben bei uns 3 Portionen als Beilage ergeben. Au\u00dferdem waren die Bohnen mindestens 10-15 Minuten in der Pfanne und dann immer noch relativ bissfest.
