Scharfes Essen bringt uns zum Schwitzen und hilft dadurch bei der Abk\u00fchlung des K\u00f6rpers. Deshalb gab es mit den aller-allerletzten Spargeln im B\u00fcro einen sch\u00f6nen Gurken-Spargel-Salat mit viel &#8222;Scharf&#8220; aus frischem Ingwer und Chili. <\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich kann man den Spargel auch durch andere Gem\u00fcse wie z.B.
