Knoblauch und Zwiebel fein hacken und mit der Sojasauce und dem Gochugaru vermischen. Den Tofu darin mindestens 1 Stunde marinieren.<\/p>\n<p>Koriander putzen und grob zupfen. Die Tofuw\u00fcrfel abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Reichlich \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Tofu von allen Seiten knusprig frittieren und auf einem Teller mit einem K\u00fcchentuch wieder abtropfen lassen. Korianderbl\u00e4tter vorsichtig ebenfalls frittieren.
