Danach unter flie\u00dfendem Wasser auswaschen und mit den H\u00e4nden die restliche Fl\u00fcssigkeit gut ausdr\u00fccken.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nPetersilie waschen und putzen. Die Bl\u00e4tter in Streifen schneiden.
