Die Matjes abtropfen lassen, evtl. ebenfalls unter Wasser absp\u00fclen und in Streifen schneiden. Die Zitronenmelisse putzen und zerkleinern. Alle Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mischen.
