So happy that I nearly forgot to blog about it &#8230; <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wassersch.eu\/Blog\/Blog\/SmileyWeia2.gif\" alt= \"SmileyWeia2.gif\" title= \"Getting old, aren't we?\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The current <a href= \"http:\/\/notitievanlien.blogspot.com\/2009\/02\/announcement-bread-baking-day-17.html\" target= \"_blank\">Bread Baking Day<\/a><a class=\"extlink\"><\/a> is hosted by Lien from <a href=\"http:\/\/notitievanlien.blogspot.com\/\" target= \"_blank\">Notitie van Lien<\/a><a class=\"extlink\"><\/a> and she wanted to see some breads with potatoes. When I made <a href= \"http:\/\/corum.twoday.net\/stories\/5513272\/\">this dish<\/a>, I wanted some easy-to-bake bread with it. Let it rest in a cool place for some hours.<\/p>\n<p>Put some baking paper on a tray and spread the dough across. With the handle of a cooking spoon press some holes into the dough. Brush the surface with olive oil liberally so that some of the oil collects in the holes.
